Owner Built Custom Homes, Inc. needed a way to bring in new customers while still continuing to support it's existing customer base. This site takes advantage of a variety of custom designed tools to help keep content up-to-date, while not requiring a great deal of day to day attention. By utilizing Active Server Pages, information like activity dates and vendors informaiton can be automatically displayed at the appropriate moment to the website's visitor.
In addition to keeping things up to date, there are many back-end maintenance features allowing them to update the site with new content, without my direct interaction with the site. This allows them to keep ongoing cost down as more changes are needed as they become more active in communicating with customers.
